Returns Policy

 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

There are just 3 simple rules in order to return or exchange a product with Aspirations Brighton:

1. Products must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
2. Original tags must remain attached.
3. Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, unsoiled and in original packaging.

HOW TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE - all tags are intact and items are unworn as per the conditions above

Contact Aspirations Brighton via email at info@aspirations.com.au and notify us of your intended exchange or return.

To post the item, you will need to purchase a prepaid plastic satchel at your local post office and include your return authorisation form.

Include the following items in your satchel:
· Items you wish to return/exchange
· Return authorisation form

Please hold onto the tracking number for your package once you have posted it.

Once your package is received by Aspirations Brighton your exchange or refund shall be processed immediately on the same credit card used for purchase and an email will be sent to you to confirm your refund.

Expenses associated with postage shall not be refunded on any return items. Refunds are given for the original value at time of purchase, excluding the shipping cost.

Please note, Aspirations Brighton cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit, so keep that tracking number safe!
