Returns Policy for Aspirations Brighton:

To return or exchange a product, just follow these 3 simple rules:
1. Return within 7 days of purchase.
2. Keep the original tags attached.
3. Ensure the item is in original condition, unworn, unsoiled, and in its original packaging.

Please note that all sale items or promotions are final sale, and we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty. We kindly ask our customers to carefully consider their purchase as we are unable to accommodate change of mind returns. Thank you for your understanding!

When returning the item, purchase a prepaid plastic satchel from your local post office and include the return authorisation form.

In the satchel, include:
- Items for return/exchange
- Return authorisation form

Keep the tracking number for your package after posting it.

Once Aspirations Brighton receives your package, we'll process your exchange or refund on the same credit card used for purchase and send you a confirmation email.

Please note that postage expenses won't be refunded, and refunds are based on the original purchase value, excluding shipping costs.

Remember to keep the tracking number safe, as Aspirations Brighton isn't responsible for lost items during transit.
