Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the simple steps below.

Eligibility

  • Return within 7 days of purchase.
  • Item must be in original condition: unworn, unsoiled, with tags attached.
  • Item must be in its original packaging.

Final Sale Items

All sale and promotional items are considered final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty. Please choose carefully, as we do not accept returns due to change of mind.

How to Return

  1. Purchase a prepaid satchel from your local post office.
  2. Include the following in your satchel:
    • The item(s) for return or exchange
    • Your completed return authorisation form
  3. Post it back to our return address and keep your tracking number.

Processing Your Return

Once we receive your package, your refund or exchange will be processed to the original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent once complete.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable and refunds are based on the item’s original purchase price.

Tracking

Please retain your tracking number, as Aspirations Brighton is not responsible for items lost in transit.
