To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 7 days of purchase.
- Unworn, unsoiled and in its original condition.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.

All sale and promotional items are considered final sale and cannot be returned due to change of mind.
Please choose carefully when purchasing reduced or promotional items. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty or otherwise covered by applicable consumer guarantees.
How to Return
Prepare your return
Purchase a prepaid satchel from your local post office.
Pack your items
Include the item or items being returned or exchanged, together with your completed return authorisation form.
Send your parcel
Post your package to Aspirations Brighton at 329 Bay Street, Brighton VIC 3186.
Keep your tracking number
Retain your postal tracking information until your return has been processed.
Processing Your Return
Once we receive your package, your return will be reviewed and your eligible refund or exchange will be processed.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent once the process has been completed.
Tracking Your Return
Please retain your tracking number until your return has been received and processed.
Aspirations Brighton is not responsible for return parcels that are lost in transit.
