How to Measure Yourself

When measuring, stand in front of a mirror to ensure the tape is level. Keep it close to your body but not tight. We recommend wearing the underwear you plan to wear with the garment.

Bust

Measure the fullest part of your bust, ensuring the tape is even across your back and not too tight.

Waist

Wrap the tape around the narrowest part of your waist — usually above your belly button.

Hip

Measure around the widest part of your hips or bottom, keeping the tape horizontal and snug.
