All orders are shipped from our fulfillment location in Brighton, Victoria, Australia.

Domestic Shipping (Australia):

  • Standard Shipping: $17.00 flat rate

  • Free Standard Shipping: On orders of $300.00 and above

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the guidelines below.

Eligibility

  • Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase.

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unsoiled, and with all tags attached.

  • Items must be in their original packaging.

Final Sale Items

  • Sale and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.

  • Please choose carefully, as we do not accept returns for change of mind.

How to Return

  1. Purchase a prepaid satchel from your local post office.

  2. Include the following inside:

    • The item(s) for return or exchange

    • Your completed return authorisation form

  3. Send it to our return address and keep your tracking number.

Processing Your Return

  • Once your return is received, your refund or exchange will be processed back to the original payment method.

  • A confirmation email will be sent once complete.

  • Refunds are based on the item’s original purchase price (shipping fees are non-refundable).

Please retain your tracking number. Aspirations Brighton is not responsible for items lost in transit.
